Who is Bar Pho Caters?
We are a Sydney-based catering company making fresh, authentic Vietnamese food from locally sourced ingredients. Full of flavour and free from MSG and preservatives, it’s feel-good food that’s sure to liven up your next work event, party or special occasion.
How does it work?
It’s simple really. You select from our delicious range and place your order before 3pm. We make it fresh, box it beautifully and deliver it to you the next day.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes, we require a minimum spend $100 for free delivery within the Sydney CBD.
How much notice do you need?
Catering is available Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm. Orders need to be placed before 3pm for next day delivery.
How is the food served?
All our food comes beautifully packaged in boxes designed as “platters with a lid”. They’re table-ready and can easily be transferred from your fridge to serving area.
How do you serve the pho?
The pho comes in 2 parts with the fresh base ingredients in disposable containers and the 18-hour master broth in a thermos to keep it warm. When you’re ready to eat just pour the steaming hot broth over the fresh ingredients.
What do we do with the pho thermos after our event?
Just hold on to it and we’ll arrange a convenient time and place to come and collect it from you.
How long will the food keep?
We make all our food fresh the day it’s delivered and recommend you refrigerate it and serve it that day.
Does the food need heating?
Nope, you won’t need to do a thing. Your order will arrive fully prepped and any items best served warm will be in foil containers ready to eat.
Do you provide for dietary requirements / special requests?

We sure do. We have gluten-friendly, vegetarian and vegan items, plus dairy-free and refined sugar-free. You can outline any special requests under each item when you order.


All dietary specific items are plated separately and labelled accordingly. For other allergy requirements, please contact our team and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Do I need tableware?
No, we’ll provide all the disposable plates, cutlery and napkins you need - all environmentally friendly of course.
Do you supply drinks?
We do. We have a delicious range of chilled juices and soft drinks that will go great with your order.
Do I need staff to serve the food?
All our food comes in table-ready boxes so serving is as simple as opening the lid. But if you’d like a few extra hands we can recommend friendly, professional staff who will take care of everything – including the clean-up.
What do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free for orders within the Sydney CBD. For cost of delivery to all other locations please contact our team.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Of course. You can collect your order from our restaurant in the Wintergarden Foodcourt at 1 O’Connell St, Sydney. Otherwise, we deliver Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm and delivery is free within the Sydney CBD.
Are you open every day?
We’re open Monday to Friday 8am4pm. For catering outside these times, please contact our team.
Do you accept last minute orders?
We do, but a surcharge may apply and the full menu may not be available. You also won’t be able to order online so please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to get your order to you.
What happens if our guest numbers change?

You can change your guest numbers up to 24 hours prior to your event. Just contact us directly and we’ll amend your order.

 

If you need to make any last minute changes please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

I need to cancel my order

For cancellations the following conditions will apply:

 

For orders under $500 you’ll need to let us know by 3pm the day before your event to receive a full refund.

 

For orders over $500 you’ll need to let us know 48 hours before your event to receive a full refund.

 

For cancellations outside of the above mentioned times you’ll receive a 50% refund of the original purchase order.

How do I make sure Bar Pho has received my order?
Once you order online you’ll receive an email confirming all the details. If you’ve signed up for an account with us, you can also log on and view your order history.

What time will my order arrive?
To ensure maximum freshness we aim to deliver your order about 10 minutes before the requested time. We allow for any last minute delays but should anything unexpected occur we’ll let you know right away.
How do I get a tax invoice?
A tax invoice will be emailed to you once your order has been placed.
Can I log in as guest?
No problem. You can log in as guest by simply going to check out and press 'continue as guest'.
How do I log into my account?
Click the "Hi Guest' button on the left-hand side of the page, and login via your facebook account. You will be able to see your current, past orders and delivery details.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes, corporate accounts are available on application for repeat clients. Please contact us and we’ll arrange for one to be set-up.
What payment options do you offer?
Most credit cards are accepted when you order online. For any other payment method, please contact us directly.
