Who is Bar Pho?
We are a Sydney-based restaurant making fresh, authentic Vietnamese food from locally sourced ingredients. Full of flavour and free from MSG and preservatives.
How does it work?
It’s simple really. You select from our Bar Pho Fresh range and place your order before 3pm Wednesday for Saturday delivery and before 3pm Friday for Tuesday delivery. .
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes, we require a minimum spend $30 and there is a $5 delivery fee.
How much notice do you need?
Orders need to be placed before 3pm Wednesday of 3pm Friday. 
How is the food served?
All our food comes conveniently packaged in pouches designed to keep ingredients fresh. All you need to do is simply empty the contents into a dish to heat and enjoy. 
How do you serve the pho?
The pho meal kit comes in two pouches – one pouch is packed full of fresh base ingredients and the second pouch contains our 18-hour master pho broth. When you’re ready to eat, heat up the pho broth then pour over the fresh ingredients.
How do you prepare the salad?
The salad meal kit comes in two pouches – one pouch is packed full with the fresh salad ingredients and the second pouch contains the cooked meat/vegetable and vermicelli noodles/rice. Refer to the label instructions on how to heat and prepare the salads.
How long will the food keep?
We make all our food fresh the day it’s delivered and recommend that you refrigerate straight away and consume within 3 days.
Does the food need heating?
Yes most menu items require some heating but as all items are precooked before packaging there is no cooking required.
Do you provide for dietary requirements / special requests?

We sure do. We have gluten-friendly, vegetarian and vegan items, plus dairy-free and refined sugar-free. You can outline any special requests under each item when you order.


All dietary specific items are plated separately and labelled accordingly. For other allergy requirements, please contact our team and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you supply drinks?
We do. We have a delicious range of chilled juices and soft drinks that will go great with your order.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Of course. You can collect your order from our restaurant in the Wintergarden Foodcourt at 1 O’Connell St, Sydney.  Or on Saturday and Bondi Famers market.
How do I make sure Bar Pho has received my order?
Once you order online you’ll receive an email confirming all the details. If you’ve signed up for an account with us, you can also log on and view your order history.

What time will my order arrive?
We aim to deliver your order at the requested time. We allow for any last minute delays but should anything unexpected occur we’ll let you know right away.
How do I get a tax invoice?
A tax invoice will be emailed to you once your order has been placed.
Can I log in as guest?
No problem. You can log in as guest by simply going to check out and press 'continue as guest'.
How do I log into my account?
Click the "Hi Guest' button on the left-hand side of the page, and login via your facebook account. You will be able to see your current, past orders and delivery details.
What payment options do you offer?
Most credit cards are accepted when you order online. For any other payment method, please contact us directly.
